Born and raised in Gilroy, CA — the Garlic Capital of the World — Cole ventured out to Arizona to attend Northern Arizona University, earning a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and Aerospace.
Growing up in and around airplanes, his love of aviation brought him to Phoenix for flight school where he earned his commercial pilots license and co-founded Desert Lens Real Estate Photography.
Cole’s passions for flight and cinematography have led to many surreal experiences from flying drones for Hulu’s Taste the Nation, filming Olympic athletes in training, and flying missions for Pilots and Paws. He also enjoys the business side of Desert Lens and Denver Lens, which he leads with persistent action and a bold, nationwide vision.
Ethan was born and raised in Phoenix, and picked up a passion for photography while pedaling a bicycle across the United States. His photographs of the journey were printed in newspapers and illustrated news interviews helping his brother and him raise over $96,000 for Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where his life was saved at sixteen years old.
After graduating magna cum laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science & Chemistry, he pulled an abrupt left turn, setting out to travel the world, read books, and write for his blog the following five years.
Returning to Phoenix to attend flight school in 2019, he offered to build a website for Cole’s real estate photography side-business, which, through the twists and turns of the pandemic, became his prime creative focus and blossomed into the beautiful business we run today.
