It depends on the size of the property, but the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom have been statistically shown to give you the most bang for your buck. Next, consider any other large empty spaces (dining room, office, empty porch etc.).
Yes! Our virtual staging team subtracts just as well as they add.
While we prefer to work with our quality TruLens™ photographs, we can stage just about any photograph. If you’re happy with their quality, we can make it work!
Yes. When you get the photos back, you’re more than welcome to suggest revisions if you’re anything less than trilled with the results.
Note: if you want to choose different photos to stage, we have to start the editing process over and there will be a charge for each new photo.

If not, email the photos you’d like staged to team@desertlens.net with any instructions or examples and we’ll get staging.
